Non-Wedding Barn Rentals

Up to 200 people    $8,000 for 48 hour rental. Parking available up to 150 cars. Must have a dedicated event planner to assist. Includes two nights in our on 3 bedroom farm stay apartment. Lower prices may be accommodated for mid week dates or non-profits, see below.

Up to 100 people   $500-$2,000 for 24 hour rental. Must provide for an external bartender to serve alcohol, get day of insurance, and pay for rentals. Discounts for mid-week or flexible dates. Includes one night in our on 3 bedroom farm stay apartment. Pricing varies depending on event size, number of vendors, and day of the week. Inquire for a quote with the following information: type of event, number of guests, anticipated vendors (bartender, photographer, DJ, etc).     

Up to 50 people   Inquire for details, custom pricing depending on event. Must provide for an external bartender to serve alcohol, get day of insurance, and pay for rentals.

Not included   Linens, glassware, cutlery, plates, catering, food, DJ.

Notes    Event must end by 9pm. Barn is unconditioned and is only available April 1st - October 31st. Tables and chairs free with rental but we charge a set up fee.

Discounts   We are dedicated to reparations as a form of justice and equity. We acknowledge that no amount of reparations can undo the centuries of injustice and oppression experienced by black, indigenous, and people of color at the hands of white people. We hope, however, that providing a discount to BIPOC (Black & Indigenous People of Color) individuals supports healing, justice and unity in our community. Therefore, black and Indigenous led groups can rent for free.

We want to honor and respect those who've served our community with selfless sacrifice; we offer a discount to active duty military members, veterans, and members of police and fire departments.

If you are a family friend, neighbor, or live in our community, we would like to extend a discount to you as well.

If you do not fall into one of those categories and you can not afford to rent the space, we would love to have a conversation with you to see what might be possible. We want the barn to be accessible to the community but we also need to cover the extensive costs of up keeping the barn and property.

Photography   We allow professional photographers to utilize our barn and grounds for private sessions. We charge a yearly $50 fee for unlimited sessions, which can be paid by the client or photographer. If you don't have a photographer, feel free to reach out and we can put you in touch with ones who frequently use our space such as Jennifer Roop Photography.
