PRICING

BARN WEDDINGS

Up to 200 people   ​$9,000 for a weekend wedding (Friday afternoon- Sunday afternoon). Includes indoor barn space; outdoor ceremony space; two indoor toilets; indoor bar/potluck area; indoor AP system; Wifi; ADA compliant barn and bathrooms; tables & chairs.


Not included   Linens, glassware, cutlery, plates, catering, alcohol, DJ, professional coordination (required).


Notes   Amplified music must end by 9pm; all events over 100 people must get a police detail and additional bathrooms. Barn is unconditioned and only available April 1st-Oct 31st.


Discounts   We are dedicated to reparations as a form of justice and equity. We acknowledge that no amount of reparations can undo the centuries of injustice and oppression experienced by black, indigenous, and people of color at the hands of white people. We hope, however, that providing a discount to BIPOC (Black & Indigenous People of Color) couples supports healing, justice and unity in our community.



We also recognize that LGBTQ+ couples have been excluded from the institution of marriage until very recently. We want to celebrate the ability of those couples to marry by offering them a discount as well.

We want to honor and respect those who've served our community with selfless sacrifice; we offer a discount to active duty military members, veterans, and members of police and fire departments. 

If you do not fall into one of those categories and you can not afford to rent the space, we would love to have a conversation with you to see what might be possible.

WHY CHOOSE THE SALTONSTALL FARM?

This old cow barn is almost 200 years old. All of the old posts and beams are in incredible shape; they just don't build them like this anymore! Kyle and Sophie Saltonstall are the third generation in this family to steward this property, and they really take this job seriously. The barn renovation was completed in 2020 and surpasses any modern commercial building codes. If you are looking for a premier barn venue that is easy to access, you found it!


​In the barn, there is a full PA sound system, beautiful Edison bulb chandeliers, a rock-maple live-edge bar top, two bathrooms, massive barn doors on each end, and a grand entrance staircase. The barn holds up to 200 people and is big enough that you don't have to rent a tent for your events, a major benefit and money saver! In the event of rain, you can use the barn as a ceremony and reception space.


We are very proud to be the annual host of Hitched Heroes, which is a fully donated wedding to a veteran and their spouse at the end of October. The Saltonstall Farm is thrilled to partner with many other incredibly generous vendors to gift an entirely free wedding to this couple- yes, wedding dress and all! Kyle and Sophie Saltonstall live on the property with their three small children and operate a working fruit farm. The farm and barn are sacred to them; they want to share the barn with people who will love it like they do. Furthermore, Kyle and Sophie try to be kind and respectful of the surrounding properties; they ask that all parties present at the farm to do so as well.
