We grow our fruit with no sprays, only using organic practices. That means they are safe for little ones to eat straight from the field! Conventionally grown strawberries are sprayed multiple times, and since you eat the flesh of the fruit, you also consume the spray residue. Growing with no sprays is definitely more healthy for the consumer, the workers, and the land. But it means we need to do a lot more work by hand and we have more imperfect berries that still make your mouth water.
In 2024, we will have strawberries to offer the public in the months of May-July, exact date TBD.
We will be offering lots of PYO dates in 2024, stay tuned for more information.
In the fall, we will have raspberries. We may also have fall strawberries (!!) if all goes according to plan.
This year, we are preparing the soil to plant blueberry bushes next year, woohoo!
Thanks for watching our business grow. Please follow us on social media if you don't already, and all reviews on Google or Facebook help a lot!
